Terms & Conditions — Teleclerk

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or embedding the Teleclerk widget you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Teleclerk provides a hosted Telegram-based authentication widget and REST API. You are responsible for how you integrate it and for the security of your secret keys.

3. Acceptable use

You will not use Teleclerk to harass users, distribute malware, violate Telegram's terms, or run illegal services. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Data

We store the minimum Telegram profile data required to authenticate your users (id, username, name, optional photo). You are the controller of that data within your product.

5. Limits

Free accounts are limited to 3 sites. We may rate-limit abusive traffic without notice.

6. Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
